TRACKING:
Please allow a few days for tracking to update. Soon as we print out your shipping label, you'll immediately receive your tracking. That doesn't mean that it is shipped out immediately. On our end, we have to wait for pick-ups and drops- offs from the postal services
When you track your package and it says delivered, but you have not received your package, PLEASE file a claim with USPS or UPS. Jahquel.com is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We're also not responsible for allergic reactions to the products in our boxes.
We are closed on the weekends.
